We decided to go to Hamilton Walker’s on New Year’s Eve, and had reservations for 9pm. We arrived much went earlier, but they were still able to seat us sooner. This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. To start with, the salad was good, but very average. For the entree, the steaks were delicious. It was a solid 9 out of 10, very tender, and fell apart with no knife. For the sides, we had macaroni and cream corn. The macaroni was good, but the cream corn was not quite what we expected and could’ve been better. We decided to stay for desert, and our server Dani helped us pick the bake

Our first time at Hamilton Walker's was a great experience. The food was very delicious and the service was excellent as well. We especially loved the spinach dip appetizer (soooo good). My husband had a ribeye and I had the filet, both of which were tender and flavorful. The house fries were huge and seasoned well and the twice baked potato casserole had an interesting flavor but overall was good. I appreciated that someone was always coming by to fill up our water and that the courses were timed well. It is a little pricey but it's a great option for a special night out.

I recently visited here with my family and overall the experience was decent in terms of food and service, but I left with concerns about the staffing structure and representation. There appeared to be limited diversity in visible leadership and guest-facing roles. While there were employees from different backgrounds, they seemed to be primarily placed in support positions, while management and front-of-house roles lacked that same representation. This is a amazing steak house. They have a very nice selection of drinks you can try. Variation of steak and seafood you can order. I really like all my stuff I ordered here. The price is in the upper side. The service is very good. The staff here are very helpful and informative. The atmosphere is very classy. I really enjoyed it here.
