McDonald’s is never mind-blowingly good. In fact, on some occasions it’s barely passed for life sustaining substance. This location wasn’t too bad. The chicken was a bit chewy because it was overcooked. The crew did a few weird things that I recommend avoiding. First, the napkins shouldn’t be paced at the bottom of the bag. The problem with this approach is that by the time I receive my food, the napkins were already soaked in grease—unless that was intentional. Terrible service, terrible workers, and dirty environment. Location is always filthy and workers are extremely rude and lazy. They spend time laughing and walking around doing nothing, ignoring customers and DoorDashers until they feel like helping. Service is extremely slow. There is no McDonald's in the Urbana-Champaign area that is even a fraction as slow as this location. As a Dasher there are times where I have to wait 20+ minutes just for one small order.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. You’re better off walking to a gas station and one of those sketchy egg sandwiches. This location is hell on earth, but instead of demons torturing you, you wait an hour and 45 minutes for fries that have negative salt and are colder than your parents disapproving glare. This isn’t directed towards those who work here, I’m sure they’re doing the best they can. It’s a burden of the location and the populace that bring down the experience

Got a delivery order at this location with a bitten Big Mac. Sealing stickers were complete so this is not delivery person’s fault. This is crazy!!!
