Ordered brisket whopper. Unwrapped my burger but saw no brisket. Took it to the order counter and opened the wrapper and said I ordered a brisket whopper. The manager just happened to walk up and she said it was under the cheese. So I dug my fingers into the cheese to peel it back and there was a small amount of shredded brisket. I looked up at the picture and said it doesn’t look like the picture of the order board. This was a Very disappointing attempt to pass it off for what’s on the picture displayed on the order board. I will never return to this Burger King when I’m hungry for a whopper

I went in today to try the new SpongeBob meal and honestly I really enjoyed it the presentation overall is sooo cute I was curious to try the items and I will say the meal overall was good but my favorite was the frozen pineapple drink the the cold foam it was sooo good I’d say it’s similar to like an orange creamsicle but pineapple version. Ps. Shoutout to the staff they are all friendly and have great customer service.

Huge shout out to evening management on 2/1/26, I called and told them I placed an online order on app, for my brother to pick up. They were very helpful and understanding. Btw, I called/made the order all the way from the RGV, TX! My brother had no problems picking up his food.
