I give a 5 stars to the lady at the register! Such a sweet pea. Even came over to ask me how my food is. The store itself can definitely use a deep clean. I ordered half sandwich, half soup with a regular sized green tea passion fruit which is self pour. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food. The soup was good, the sandwhich could have been a bit hotter. Broccoli cheddar soup Spicy fiesta chicken sandwich Bag of chips on the side For a chain it's fine Paid $ 17 and change for this lunch

Staff is amazing, food is always decent. Issue with manager/shift lead I always see in the store. She is always yelling at team members, she mocked a team member who had made a mistake. Asked if he knew what fruit looked like.

The lady in the back with no disrespect at all, she was on the heavy side was very rude. Asked her a question and she was not polite with her response. The staff wasn’t wearing any hairnets I almost didn’t want to take my food. I hope when I return again they are more respectful and wearing hairnets, if not I won’t even place an order. I forgot the most important part they forgot to put chicken in my chicken Caesar salad !! I even called and the response was ludicrous…

Food is fantastic, but sometimes the order is in accurate. The best thing about Paneta is the service. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional, going out of their way to make sure and correct any discrepancies in orders. Hailey in particular made me a return customer with the creme brulee lattes! Only issue is the food is expensive for a drive thru, but it's not your routine fast food. Can't recommend them enough and often give Panera cards as gifts.
