Today I went to McDonald’s to buy food for my child. Unfortunately, the fries accidentally fell on the floor, so I politely asked if it would be possible to get a small replacement. The staff responded with a very rude attitude and showed no empathy at all. What made the situation even more upsetting was being asked whether I wanted to pick the fries up from the floor to eat them or if they should throw them away. Completely disrespectful! I had my service dog with me and everytime I go in there people have there dogs and I being mines in. They haven't said anything and I decided to bring mines today and the manager and other supervisors that it was okay to ask me for my papers for my service dog. By law they can not ask me for any papers or ID cards the only thing they can ask if its a service animal for a disability and what task they can perform. I literally told the women by law she cant ask me and she wanted to keep arguing about it. Not only that my dog wasn't even on the ground and wasn't posing
