Went inside to dine in but left without any food. The interior layout is confusing to know where the line is and the register seems like an afterthought since their remodel. A woman saw I was in line and said she would be right with me then proceeded to wrap the orders for the people in front of me but failed to start my order in a timely manner. Mobile orders have a steep preference here than walk-ins like I was. In comparison, the Freddy's down the street took my order within seconds of walking in and even brought my order to my table.

I tried to use coupons from the app, (I had free items to make up for being overcharged, and being treated poorly when I asked about it, at a different location). So, I was given 3 coupons for the issues I faced, but on this visit I found out that I can only redeem one coupon per visit, even though the 3 coupons were to make up for the overcharges from my last order... terrible customer service via the app. Guy who took my order was nice.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NIGHT STAFF!!!! My FOOD WAS OLD!!! U can tell it sat on warmer forever! Cheese fries DISGUSTING, cheese HARD,fries soggy! I paid for 3 drinks but got 1! And my Doordasher continued to apologize because they stuffed 3 meals in a bag! FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY

The slowest Wendy’s ever. (I’m writing this as I sit waiting in the drive thru) I keep telling myself to stop coming to this location but it’s so close to my house. I pulled up today since I only seen two car ahead of my one at the pay window and one placing an order and I still been here for over 10 mins. Like how? This is the slowest fast food ever. Who is the GM.
