Arby's in Cheyenne is most definitely one of the better fastfood chains. I gave it four stars for food, because,even though it is fastfood it actually taste good, and, doesn't look awful like some other the other chains in town. I gave four stars for service, while the.drivethru is definitely slower than say McDonald's, but, I don't mind waiting just because the staff work so hard to make your order right, and, they are almost always friendly! Im in law enforcement and the staff always treats me well. I hear "thanks for your service" every time. I appreciate management and the kind staff. I'm thankful for the business and the people who make this place a great experience.

I purchased a 7.99 box with chicken sandwich, fries, a peach cobbler thing and mozzarella sticks. Everything in the was cold and stale. I am disappointed and disgusted by how poor quality the food was. Bare minimum food quality was not even achieved.

Box combo a pretty good deal but when you can tell the fries are veryy old and mozzarella sticks are oily it isnt. The one on Yellowstone has a different owner and you can tell. They're better.
