Burger looked great until 2 bites in and it was a bit undercooked. After showing it to the front staff they replaced it quickly and apologized. I know things happen by accident and everything else went perfect just don't want to get ill when enjoying a meal. I would return here but maybe for just ice cream for a while.

Went to Culver's for the first time ever, we had a free voucher for a meal. What an Amazing experience. The Customer Service was Flawless. The lobby was Very Clean, restrooms were Very clean as well. The employees were the Nicest I've experienced in ALL of Cheyenne and ALL of Wyoming! The quality of food made me want to get up and do the Happy the food taste so good dance!, (and I got a bad back and hips). Very speedy service. Melody and Ashlie showed Great Customer Service and Hospitality. Very Nice and Pleasant Experience!, We'll definitely be back, gotta try all the menu! Thank You Culver'

Great variety, very reasonably priced. Cashier was very helpful at explaining the different menu items and what came on each one. The smoothies are delicious and made with real fruit. Take home some frozen custard for a treat. The dark chocolate is dangerously good, if you can get it - they sell out fast.

The other store was already magnificent. On point, almost every time. This store, however, is even better if that’s possible. Shout out to Mallory, whom has, each time I was helped by her, gone far above and beyond to ensure my visit was superb. Beyond that, every staff member I encounter there is top notch, even the late night and after school staff. Which is a surprise, because most other places their high school staff is garbage. In any case, thanks for extending your legacy to a second excellent location
