Panera bread in Cheyenne, Wyoming is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Two particular employees that work during the day are extremely rude to everyone that they interact with not just delivery drivers. One of them I believe is called Jill, the general manager she told me as she covered up her name tag, a brunette. The other one I’m not sure what her name is because she hides her name tag from me. The manager discourages use of the kiosks. Insinuated that I wasnt a Sip Club member and wanted me to prove it. Very nasty manager lady. I don't need an employee to place a coffee order when the kiosk is readily available. I felt discriminated against. I most certainly did not feel welcome. Worst experience I have had a restaurant in years!

I really like their breads and broccoli cheese soup. I noticed that they're not making as many of my favorites anymore though. For example, I love pumpkin, sorry all you pumpkin haters but I LOVE pumpkin! 😊 They're not making their pumpkin muffins anymore. Sometimes change isn't in our favor. 🤷
