All good! Absolutely no complaints here! Tips were flavorful you can taste the smoke on it AND charcoal! The links were perfectly made and the sauce tastes good. My one critique is that the coleslaw was runny. I'm not sure if that's because it was placed on hit food or if it was that way before but it definitely needs to stiffen up. This food was good.

The only issue I have is the portion size. I ordered a large tip in the past and it was more than enough for two people. Today I ordered the same large tip but received less food exactly 10 tips. Another customer was complaining that she got less than expected ordering from the lunch special. Please don’t increase the rate and cut the portion. Fastest way to loose business.

Im sorry I love the Chicago pit brand and food, but I had to give this location a 1 star on the service, all because I ordered a tip and link combo bucket, I checked my order but didn't open the bucket. When I arrived home an hour away, I found a bucket full of un sauced dry links with no tips no sauce no fries and no bread. Since I live so far and make it my business to stop at one of the locations while inbthe CHI Town area, I just chalked it up to life's lessons learned, next time check the bucket. Overall the food is great, you never mind the extra wait even after online ordering.

I can't believe we've been let down at this establishment and the food is pretty good (overall I gave it 3 stars, and the service 1). Ordered three entrees and one was incorrect and the owner had the nerve to come up front to argue with us, after we repeated exactly what we wanted to the cashier, because our orders have been incorrect before.
