Where can I start? My Iced coffee is always nasty, taste like pure water with cream. I asked the young lady at the window if she could remake it because it tasted nasty, she said, "How does it taste?" Being all smart, she re did it again and it tasted the same!!!!! I gave it another try another day and the coffee tasted like pure water with cream again. I came today to get a mango smoothie for my son & they didnt even fill it all the way up. I told the guy that it wasnt filled up. He took it back inside and went to the guy that made the smoothie and they started laughing. The guy then poured "

I am very pleased the way I was treated not all dunkin' donuts have such great customer care and treat customers the way they are supposed to be treated they were not rude, no attitudes end very friendly they got my drinks right and we're very helpful I honestly recommend this Duncan donuts I know all franchises and other restaurants and so on have great customer service however there are many who don't and it's sometimes not even on the workers it's on the managers or supervisor I go to dunkin' donuts about six times a week sometimes twice a day so you can say I spent a great amount of money

I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats, and this Baskin-Robbins location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On August 3, 2025, around 9 PM, one of the male employees failed to give me the complete order. Because of that, I showed up to the customer with missing items — very embarrassing and unprofessional. So it was my nephews birthday this weekend and after he chose this Cars ice cream cake my sister in law asked if they could put the words "happy birthday" on the cake. After waiting close to one hour this was the result. We were so disappointed I couldn't believe any place that sells cakes would actually be ok in giving their product as is and still charge for it. They decided to tell my sister in law that they didnt have a cake decorator so they tried their best.
