Been almost 20 years since I’ve last been to a CHI Potbelly’s and it’s still just as amazing as I remember! Sandwiches are super fair priced for being in the middle of downtown. Staff was awesome and quick. And I’m used to spicy food from NM but their hot peppers are NOT to be taken lightly.

Landed in Chicago, checked-in to the Langham by 1pm but had to wait till 3pm for the room to be ready, so went for a stroll around, and stopped here for lunch on a Sunday late in June. There were quite a few folks there. I asked for the Mama's meatball sandwich, and had to wait 5-10 minutes for fresh meatballs to be prepared. The sandwich came out great! Also had the banana pudding shake, and that was pretty heavy. Service was friendly, and there's plenty of seating inside the restaurant. Total including tips and taxes, came to around 20 bucks. Definitely a good place to go to for a quick meal

A classic place for a soup and sandwich in the windy city. We don't have these in FL and it's always worth a stop at least once in the trip. We both got broccoli cheddar soups. I got the meatball sub and her the sweet heat. Honestly my favorite soup in sandwich in Chicago

I had an Italian sandwich and my husband had Cuban sandwich omg it was so delicious and tasty and refilled on the front my husband love the lemonade with the cane sugar it was delicious I tasted the staff very polite and helpful it was worth every penny I walk in and didn’t wait for my meal long at all and I can’t wait to visit Chicago again to eat here
