A very good tasting menu with a focus on a different regional cuisine from Mexico that changes every couple of months or so. The wine and tequila pairings with the courses were well thought out. The amount of food served is just right, not too much. The wagyu steak and hearts of palm dishes were my favorite. The small bites in the lounge before being seated were a great start to the experience. A little slow between courses would be my only comment.

tasteful. Knowing that this was Mexican, we were most looking forward to trying this tasting as we knew it would be flavorful and we were not disappointed. We also did the wine tasting with it which paired well. We originally were going to do the agave tasting but worried that it would have been too strong. Anyways everything was wonderful. Absolutely fantastic experience at Topolobampo this past Friday night! From our warm greeting to prompt seating, we knew we were in for a good meal! Flavours of all the dishes were on point! Highlights definitely include the A5 wagyu (you can even make your own tacos with it for a luxurious bite) and the homey tortilla soup as the amuse. The chocolate cake was also to die for! Excellent wine pairing as well - respectable size pours and the flavors matched extremely nicely. Would not hesitate to return!

Phenomenal food and service! 10/10 across the board 👏 The warm soup with empanada was my personal favorite and it was simply the starter. The desserts were very unique and upscale yet tasted like something cozy a grandmother would make.
