This takes me back to the era of cash only dive bars that existed in neighborhoods. I enjoy feeling like this is a community bar for the people within the community. I appreciate their cash only system which guarantees the workers their tips immediately after their shift. If you're not used to a dive bar atmosphere then I don't recommend but myself and the people I went with had a great time. We were able to laugh enjoy our drinks and catch up. Definitely coming back.

The food is great, make sure to check the specials board, usually something new. The Mac and cheese is, without exaggeration, the best ice ever had. Good beer selection. Prices are decent. Shots are large pours. All that said, you come here for the atmosphere and the people. You'll be comfy and happy here in a place out of time.

Skylark is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Bob is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Marvelous burger. Must come back. 10/10.
