Its kinda nuts to be a customer service person and be despondent the entire time, I also work customer service and I have no clue what has happened to said person on this day. I wasnt given my drink, and their attitude was so check out and rude the entire time I forgot to insist upon it. Mind you I didn't complain but when at the end I said, as a person who is understanding of customer service, I said "thanks man, I really appreciate it" he rolled his eyes turn his back and said "okay"
