3 Taco Bells in Chico and not one serves decent food. Well finally had it after years of paying for crap and spoke to a manager about how the shells soft and crispy stick to wrappers so bad it tears your entire taco or burrito apart and your spooning it out of your hand. Oroville has the best Taco Bell, fresh shells, and hot food , oh but wait, we live in Chico and have 3 lousy ones.

My girlfriend went to pick me up food while she was out (east 20th location), the cashier told her she had everything and was good to go. When she got home we discovered my entire meal was forgotten. I had to drive all the way back across town and when I got there my food is sitting cold and ruined on the shelf. I was told it was a misunderstanding and never offered a apology, or anything to make up for their mistake. Very poor service especially for these prices. With two other locations I will not be returning to this rude slop hole. I own my own business and can't imagine making my mistake

Served old and stale fries, cashier who took order threw my change on the counter. Recommend going to the one on Esplanade :)

Wasn’t able to order, came here for a quick bite while delivering nearby. The lady working tonight ignore us at the window they have in the dining room. While walking around kinda aimless, she was putting her hands in her behind either picking out a wedgie or something else not just once either. Please management check your footage for May 1st around 02:00am you’ll see us pull up in a semi.
