Last night at around 9-10ish pm. The people who took care of my order were so sweet and very kind. I just didn’t appreciate the lady in the black shirt (guessing it was their manager) was talking so crazy to them like they were stupid when both of the male workers were being so respectful back in their responses. Working at a job where it feels like management is an attack is very hard to go to everyday I can’t imagine how they feel at work everyday. Just left the Cicero location with my son who did take the time to compliment the person taking orders in the drive thru. Yes, we did also call the location to compliment him again! The young man here at this location (cicero) in the drive thru- Jeremiah is amazing! I have been to alot of location and never came across someone that actually looked and sounded happy to be at work! Great experience!!! Thank you Jeremiah!

Walked in to order food and the black female with no edges was very rude! She was having a conversation with the two males workers and looked upset that we came inside to order food! As if we interrupted their conversation that shouldn’t have been taken place in front of customers in the first place! If you don’t like the job find another one! Just ridiculous!

Just plain awful. From the service to the food! We waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes until we decided to just go inside. There was no one in line which should have been my cue to leave. I always visit White Castle when I’m in town, but this location needs to be shut down!!!!! The burgers were undercooked, slimey and disgusting. The fries were ok. To top off the experience I was given one napkin
