Getting charged for cold foam and not receiving it is ridiculous. And then she couldnt even understand what I was saying in the first place. Talking about yea you ordered cold foam so its extra....YES I KNOW THAT BUT I DID NOT GET IT ON MY COFFEE AND STILL GOT CHARGED. First time here and last time here. I ordered from the hospital so its not like I can run back up there and get a new coffee

This is a shame to be honest bc I’ve been coming to this location for years, Always used to get great fast service with yummy coffee made perfect how I like it every time which is always the same coffee. Now when Ive been coming it seems for the past month, my coffee is never made right. The sticker on the cup says what goes inside the drink and there is always something missing or it’s made wrong. This is the best service I’ve received at a Dunkin and it’s consistent! The drive through always moves and if you go inside they’re fast as well. The workers are kind and doing their job very well.

Mixed experience here. On one hand, the service was incredibly fast and they actually got the order correct, which I appreciated. However, the person working the drive-thru was extremely rude and acted like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I’m glad I got my food quickly, but a little basic politeness would go a long way.
