Honestly the people working there are doing their absolute best. I think it is very sad how under staffed they are. The manager should make the decision to shut down the drive through or the lobby especially when customers are waiting 30 plus minutes for their food. I think its really crappy to put their workers through that amount of stress when unnecessary! They need to communicate a 30 to 40 min wait or that they are out of ingredients to make your sandwiches. Fast food isnt cheap anymore.

I tried to order a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, drive thru woman only said “no spicy.” To which I replied, “what does that mean?” She again said “no spicy.” I then drove away & will never return. ((Avoid this location)). The prices are insanely high too now.

Used to go here often and it was a great spot, quick good food and nice staff. Looks like all new staff and as you can see in the reviews - the place had really gone downhill to the point I won't go anymore (slow, bad service, dirty place, food is old, soda machine is empty, looks sketchy). Too bad as it used to be great. I think a lot of Wendy's are being restructured and closing in 2025/2026 so maybe that's part of it?

This Wendy’s doesn’t deserve even 1 star. We ordered 4 small frosty. They handed us cups that were not full. Every frosty I’ve ever purchased has a rounded top and fills the cup. This Wendy’s didn’t. When we asked them to use the other top the employee became snappy saying we were wrong and said this is what u get and continued arguing her point. We asked for a manager who arrived being hostile and argumentative. His voice was raised the entire time.We said we didn’t want the frosty anymore and asked for a refund. He kept yelling and making his point as I continued to ask for my money back. He
