I really only come to this location for breakfast, it's convenient for me. It's on my way to work. I usually get frappes in the morning here which are pretty good, sometimes they forget the way I ordered it at drive through speaker so have to remind them when I get to the window the way I had placed my order. You'll get a bit of attitude from employees but they end up getting it right. They're all youngsters too so im sure they don't care about the job or people skills. The store looked very dirty. The kids went into the play area. There was a man up in the play structure. There was lots of trash inside the play structure. The man went out the back door that was open to the play area. I went to tell the manager which didn't seem to have time for me. She watched me stand there until I left. To be fare she was busy. The parking lot was very filthy, with wrappers and trash as well. I will never go back. We did not eat here.

I stopped in at midnight to get McDonald’s and I felt completely disrespected by the gentleman at the window making fun of me and laughing at how I ordered and I can here ppl in the background laughing uncontrollably very unprofessional! We asked if there were multiple ppl taking order and he said yes he turned in and told the gentleman in a dark shirt say yea it was me the manager! I’m so sorry but that’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional even if you’re bored at work it’s not okay to make fun of your customers or pretty much laugh in their face. McDonalds please do better in training
