Such a cozy spot in Claremont! I tried the Peach Blossom tea and highly recommend it. Watching the tea bloom in the cup is a beautiful experience, and it tastes just as good as it looks. Will definitely be back.

I haven't been there in years and decided to get a coffee there and the experience was really something. I asked the clerk behind the counter if they offered a flat white and he simply stared at me with a confused look and finally said "does that mean knock the white person out?" and punched his open hand. "You know, knock them flat?" I was a bit stunned and said it's a coffee drink, to which he replied, "All the teas we have are over there." I asked do you sell coffee? He said yes. I said can you make a latte with less foam and he said, very confused, "A latte has foam." I said, okay thank yo

This café is fantastic! I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about the owner, he was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the different teas to us. The space is large and welcoming, with a spacious outdoor patio as well. I ordered a hot chai tea, while my husband opted for a cold tea. They offer a wide variety of teas tailored to different needs, like headaches, sinus relief, and other ailments. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back for more great tea!

The entrance to the cafe is in alley 39! Not on Yale or 1st :) The service was good, the cashier was so nice, but she doesn't speak English very fluently, and it was somewhat difficult to communicate, especially with the noise of the cafe as a whole, and the atmosphere was decently good too, a lot of people were studying and chatting. Our drinks however were another story, I got a taro smoothie which was definitely good but it wasn't great, the taro flavor was present but a bit weak, and also it was overly sweet and it felt like a mask to the lack of taro flavor, My little brother howeve
