Ali was extremely helpful and kind, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations since it was my first visit. If you’re going to Dutch bros for a new slider, just don’t, you can eat this thing in 2 bites.. literally. The 3 workers working Monday took FOREVER with our 2 drinks and 1 slider, we were the only car in the drive through for a while. There card scanner didn’t even want to work either, to top it off the first time they gave us the wrong slider as well, handed us sausage when we asked for bacon, for the time they took they could have at least got the order right. They also wanted to hold the wristbands for themselves we were supposed to get for free with our order.

Beware and be very careful when they swipe your card and don't give you the "tip" option which is standard protocol but this one time she did not. I noticed they added $10 to my wife's coffee order, when she went back was told "oh we can't find the transaction" show us your bank card debit (she did and they still could not find it). Her coffee is never more than 7 dollars now she gets charged $17? Took the matter to corp, "take it up with your bank" was the response. Lesson learned, zero tips going forward and get a receipt each time now, IF we even go back. Been going since 2013 in Orego
