Amazing Indian food in Clifton Park! I absolutely loved my meal at Spice Malabar. Finding a restaurant with such robust, flavorful vegetarian dishes is always a huge win. We ordered the sizzling Paneer Tikka, a rich, perfectly spiced Kadai Paneer, and an incredible plate of Egg Biryani. Spice level was perfect for every one. Few requested spicy and few wanted very mild. They understood and made exactly to the spice level. Everything was beautifully presented, packed with authentic flavor, and served in generous portions. I am visiting this region of New York for a work related job and wanted to find a decent Indian restaurant. Indian cuisine is some of my favorite and back home in Virginia we do have a couple of local spots that are my go-to. I was looking up Indian restaurants on my phone when I immediately checked into my hotel and the first one that popped up was Spice Malabar. I saw that they had a lunch buffet and a very extensive menu consisting of traditional dishes. I ended up having the lunch buffet due to my work schedule and it was delicious. They understand your request and ensure the food is prepared as per your taste palette. The dishes were rich in flavor, well-balanced, and beautifully presented.
