Just left there around 11:15-11:20am, it wasn’t crowed at all, ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich combo with a lemonade. Got my order and the curly fries were old cold and kinda dried out. Gave the lady at the window back the fries and asked can I please have some fresh fries. She said ok pull up. I pulled up and waited only for her to bring out the same old fries just redropped in the grease. It’s ok. I won’t cause a fuss about but I do want the employees here and other fast food workers to know that your current job may not be ideal or pay well but you should still appreciate the job you have a

Ordered a beef and cheddar had a coupon for 1 free sandwiche and got home and it smelled rotten. Called manager and manager says she's smelling it and it's fine. Welp mine was definitely not ffine

I tried the Good burger. It was not what I thought it would be. When you order you have to read the fine print. They make the burgers medium rare, unless specified otherwise. To my surprise, both my kids bit into them and they were pink. However, Melissa the manager was kind enough to apologize, even though I missed the fine print. She even ensured that I could come back and get my burgers remade to well done. Even after the change, I am not a fan of the Good Burger. Also, the staff was very polite.

Horrible I got a 5 piece chicken tender might as well call it a one piece chicken tender all 4 were hard as a rock the chicken could not even be torn to eat or bite in to eat they went in the trash this was beyond horrible I also got a reeses cookie it was smashed to pieces in its wrapper to the point you could not even pick it up. I had a $60 dollar order n to recieve food like this un eat able an went to the trash was not only a waste of money time an I didn't have a dinner now for myself. was horrible. there's no reason what so ever these types of chicken tenders should of even been ser
