Just got served a chicken sandwich with a burnt bun. There is no way the person putting that sandwich together didn’t see it was black and feel that it was hard as a rock… I ordered it online ten minutes before arriving, and they weren’t busy when I got there. Food is consistently pretty bad, but the drinks are good and cheap if you use the 1/2 drinks on the app.

I am absolutely mind blown last night at 11:51 i ordered food and got there at 11:57. Lights were on, loud speaker was off, stalls were on speakers off, 3 employees ignoring everyone. I called multiple times I spent money that could have used for diapers or anything thing I’m beyond pissed off.

First of all I’d like to start off by saying the place is so dirty, you can see an inch worth of filth covering everything in the store and all around. My and my son placed a mobile order for 2 shakes and a mozzarella sticks. We pushed the red button like we were instructed to on the app. We waited 30 minutes before anyone answered the button. I refuse to get into the drive thru line because once you’re in there you’re trapped and I’m claustrophobic. So the guy said he would be right out with our stuff. Went and got 2 shakes and tots. Never got the tots at all. The small chocolate shake had some kind of floates in it. After pulling a few out of my mouth i strained the shake and found all of this. I called the store no answer. I called corp and sat waiting for someone to answer the phone. Their recording kept saying they would be with me shortly. After 5min and 30seconds they offer you to stay on hold or get a call back, I didnt want a call back so I stayed on hold to which the call is then just auto disconnected at that point.
