I don't eat Chipotle often. Maybe once or twice a year. The food was OK. I wanted to eat in but most tables was dirty. Biggest problem I have with Chipotle is that plastic utensils are unwrapped. I just think it's Unsanitary when these are exposed to everyone who comes to buy food. The pics are at the drink machine with the utensils. Didn't get pics of the tables. But they needed cleaning too.

I have given them more than enough chances and can no longer! Last week They forgot the protein and salad dressing for my order. (This is like the fourth time they have forgotten my salad dressing.) After a call to notify them of the what are missing items, they offered to come back the next day and get another salad for "free". It's never free if someone has to spend time and resources to come back and "fix" someone falling short on their job. Needless to say, the free replacement was missing my protein as well. This is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The team is incredibly efficient without ever making you feel rushed. They’re patient, kind, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right. Even during busy times, they keep the line moving smoothly while still providing great customer service.

We just had a terrible experience at This Chipotle which is normally a good franchise that has reasonable prices and great food options. This facility can do a better job with its cleanliness and be more customer friendly but overall they have consistently adhered to the standards Chipotle has made their reputation on. Our problem is that my wife who has been coming to this store since it opened years ago had a huge bone in her chicken dish. She bit down on it and it caused her molar to Crack. Her $12 dish caused her to have $3600 of dental work!!!
