I honestly don’t know why I’m surprised anymore. I ordered a Nacho BelGrande with extra sour cream. There’s a mound of chips. 3 tiny spots of meat hardly any sour cream or cheese. All the chips underneath are bare and there’s not enough toppings to use with the remaining chips. This is what we should be expecting now I guess.

Went through the drive through and my receipt said Cayleigh was my server but I’m not sure if that who it actually was on the window but she was incredibly short with me interrupting me when the AI ordering system messed up. She ended up deleting the mistake but also deleted my three tacos and I didn’t realize due to the shock of her attitude. When I got to the window she took my card and she might as well have tossed the bag in my car as she barely waited for me to grab the bag before letting go and shutting the window before I could thank her. Staff was friendly, although they dud talk loudly about other employees and unpleasant situations. They were kind and helpful to us though. The food plentiful. The burritos and quesadillas were stuffed full, it was fantastic. Flavor was good, very pleased. Keep the backroom comments in the backroom, otherwise great experience.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Easily one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve ever been to in the entire country. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito, and it wasn’t even grilled. If you can’t get the name of the menu item right, what are you doing? The quality was terrible, and it felt like no one cared. Huge waste of money. I won’t be coming back.
