ZiPani Cafe Bistro is nestled away and appears to have been around for quite a while, specializing in bagels and classic breakfast and lunch staples. The interior is large and spacious with plenty of seating, alongside a neat outdoor patio tucked between the buildings. You order and pick up at the counter, and the menu offers a solid variety of food, coffee, and drink options, with the possibility of beer as well. The bagels are fresh and a little flatter and less bulky than standard ones. I had the asiago bagel with crab mix, which was good but a bit too peppery for my taste - but fresh! The

What a pleasant surprise -- great all-day bagels and really good whitefish salad! Definitely will be back. Even their regular bagel and cream cheese is great!

Took 10+ minutes to get a bagel and croissant. The croissant is really just a slice of bread vaguely shaped like a croissant. They were out of everything bagels by 8:00am. Bagel I received was just shy of being burnt. Tables were dirty and sticky from previous customers. The manager (assuming she was the manager) seemed nice though. However There are far better options in Frederick.

They have the best bagels in Frederick but the wait times are ridiculous. The place is always packed in the morning and they don't have the staff and/or ability to make sandwiches quickly. I placed an order online 40 minutes ago for a simple breakfast sandwhich and it's still not ready and this isn't the first time. It's a shame because the food really is good and the staff is very friendly.
