I appreciated the indoor play area, though it was a bit dirty. The food was fine and staff was friendly. Didn't have to wait long for my food when dining in. I was a little shocked (and mildly annoyed) that they don't have a diaper changing table in the restroom though (women's anyway, didn't check men's) considering they have the play place.

The last few times I’ve gone here, it took 15-20 minutes to get the food, with almost nobody waiting. Before they had those waiting stalls, this never happened. Somehow it takes 4x as long to get the food now, probably because i don’t use their app, which is whole other list of issues. Been coming here off and on for like 20 years, since high school. Never again. The last 4 times i’ve gone, it’s the same thing.. i’m waiting so long that i have to wonder if they even forgot about my order. Literally any other place you’ll get your food faster.

I had curbside pickup for a medium big Mac meal and 4 large shakes. There were no fries with my meal. The large shakes were in the same size cup as my medium drink. I paid for large and was given medium.

I had a mobile order that got delayed and staff went out of their way to accommodate. Rather then being frustrated I left satisfied. No complaints
