Won't ever stop here again. What a joke my 5 layer burrito was more like a .5 layer burrito nothing but tortilla. Better off going to the food trucks and spending a few more bucks for an actual burrito

Only person in restaurant, never once acknowledged. I ordered at the kiosk, I was standing at the counter to ask them to unlock the restroom so I can wash my hands I had to ask the lady at the drive thru window. After I get my food this lady walks in and automatically gets a Welcome. Just a horrible experience

I have worked in the fast food industry and I know how it goes. You are supposed to keep track of what is left to make sure you let the clients know, that some items are not available. Tell me why I went right now and they had me park and wait a long time just for them to tell me that they were out of food. So annoyed and I do not find that professional in any way. And I still had to go back in the drive through and wait for those cars to leave just to get a refund. STUPID.

The drive way is a mess, seems like an accident happened in the drive thru that food was dropped and left there without picked up, or cleaned. My order was incomplete. Low quality and service. Taco Bell was better before.
