Ordered a coffee and hash browns. Not only was the coffee completely wrong but the hash browns were still frozen. Tried to can the manager but she is off for multiple days so my issue can't even be addressed.

I've been there a few times, and the last few times I received extremely poor service. The lack of respect was appalling; the employee even yelled at me because the communication system was faulty and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She yelled at me, being extremely rude and arrogant. Today, I went to place an order, waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and when it was my turn to order, they told me to get back in line because I hadn't ordered through their system, but had gone directly to the window. We got some regular hot coffee this morning. This isn't our local Dunks. But why was the coffee so much better here than where we live?? We did drive thru. Had coffees and egg bites. Update: tried their grilled cheese. Wow... they actually grilled it, the cheese was melted, and they stacked the cheese and bread perfectly. Little details make the biggest difference. Seriously... best Dunks on the planet.

This Dunkin is incredibly rude and they have no respect at all they got my order wrong and when I reminded them, they had the disrespect to yell at me and say they have a lot of order when it wasn’t busy I don’t even know why that has anything to do with why my order is wrong also the straws were super dirty looks like there dirt in it.
