Placed an online order, the app notified the order was ready to pick up. I got there, no staff wanted to make eye contact. Showed them my order# then the guy gave me a large sized french size like the small size i can easily get from other mcdonald locations.

This macdonalds was the worst I’ve ever been to. I got extremely rude service from the employees. I got ignored when I asked for the drink they had forgotten. The McFlurry was so long being made it arrived to me melted. The chicken nuggets were below average. The drink was flat. I got the wrong one too.

I went to McDonald’s on 8/31 with my son, I placed a mobile order which is intended for skipping the line and getting your order fast then having to wait in line, I noticed my meal was sitting at counter and it didn’t have fries in it, I saw the manager (who was very rude by the way) add fries to two other people’s orders and gave them their order and those people order at the counter wayyyy after I placed my order. When I brought it to the managers attention he gave me an attitude and told me I should of told him I was there - negative I do not need to inform him I was there he was supposed t

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We stood in line for almost 25 minutes and then the woman at the counter decided to stop doing her job and said they were no longer taking orders...only orders through the kiosk. I get you don't want to work...believe me I don't always want to work but stop being lazy or get another job where you can stand around looking lost. These are the poster children for AI to take over.
