We had an amazing experience at Union today. As former Washingtonians having relocated to MT - we drive the 11+ hours on i90 OFTEN - and were so lucky to find Union today. Had a great chat with the owner Shane after getting our drinks. As a fellow business owner it was great to see a leader so invested in his people! Shane - sorry I’m so oblivious. Just looked up G. Love and Special Sauce. They’re ok I guess. Cheers gang!

We got two drinks both were disgusting. A couple things we wanted to order they didn’t have. We got 2 bacon and egg burritos, a little crispy and hard. Also, very expensive for not yummy stuff.

I am visiting from out of town, I have been picking a different coffee shop each morning to start my day. Today was Union Roasters and they did not disappoint! Their classic strawberry matcha waffle was AMAZING and coffee was great too. 10/10 reccomend. Oh, and the atmosphere was awesome too.

I took my FIL here and he couldn’t stop RAVING about how amazing the quiche was. Flaky, tasty, perfection. At one point stated “this is 5 star restaurant quality” The service was good. I don’t know if he was the owner or manager but he was so polite and brought the quiche right out and was helpful in getting utensils, napkins etc. the girls working were friendly as well. They also have their own packaged coffee as well as canned coffee. 👍🏼 this is where I’ll be taking my family and friends that are coffee drinkers.
