Don't post so many fake 5 star reviews with fictitious names. First, let me say the Delores is a pleasant employee. This girl was our hostess, server and bus person. My wife and I agree, Delores is 5 stars. The wings are fair, hardly edible. Looks like a combination of freezer burn and sitting around. The wings were hardly warm. Owner take note. Your food is awful. Don't reply with some copy and paste corporate garbage. Look at all the negative comments about your place. Fix it!!

I went in to eat because I was in the area visiting some friends I must admit I did enjoy the service I received from Chelsea she greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel welcome she was very helpful she gave me excellent customer service she is very knowledgeable as to what was on the menu . I can tell that she is a people person she was very polite and shows interest in her job. She is an excellent server I highly recommend her. She deserve a A+rating

My experience was amazing great for one of the UFC nights here. My server Nicole was very professional and nice to everyone at the table, constantly giving recommendations and asking if we are okay and in need of anything. She was very informative and knowledgeable on any deals and explained them and overall was one of the best servers I have had at this bww. Would for sure come back.

Unfortunately food quality and service is not good at all. We had to wait over one hour just for appetizers. Drinks were decent. Staff seems careless, unprofessional and annoyed to be at work. There’s no real management or organization here. After one hour of waiting, appetizers were cold and not fresh at all. The restaurant was empty as well so we didn’t understand the long wait for half warmed food, something is going on in that kitchen with staff. Very poor service, food and experience. Do not recommend at all.
