The worse thing about this place is the service!! The food is not good enough to offset the horrible service and price!!. Waited to be served while the employees seemed to be gossiping about someone. Then was given very little steak. The grilled vegetables are always low so didn’t get much of that either. The tea container showed it was unsweet but it was sweet tea so had to throw that away. The dispenser was broken on the other tea container and no indication what it was. I asked the cashier to get me some unsweetened tea. She tells me its over there. I said its broken. She then say

When they get an order correct. I love it. Unfortunately, they mess up more than they get it correct. The last order was horrible. The fajita veggies were raw, not roasted. There was half a raw onion, just a big hunk, uncut. The guacamole had half of an avocado, again, not cut or mashed. We switched to this restaurant because Olive Branch couldn't get an order correct and now it seems Collierville is even worse. it is really a shame. The staff was friendly at least.

I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill this evening and had a very disappointing experience that I believe management should seriously look into. While I was filling my drink at the fountain station, an employee began spraying cleaning chemicals right beside customers, and the liquid splashed onto me and my shirt. What concerned me even more was the complete lack of professionalism afterward. Instead of apologizing or checking if we were okay, the employee simply smiled and continued.
