The staff and food was decent, but the only reason the rating is low because I was disrespected by a staff member who I think was the manager, he is a black guy with a buzz cut that is dark green and he had glasses. He treated me like I was a homeless person, even though you should treat homeless people with compassion regardless, but he treated me like I didn't even pay or eat my food there, I was staying a bit until my appointment but the guy was very quick to toss me out like I didn't pay for my food and wasn't loitering. This is the worst McDonalds in Columbus and I mean it with my whole chest. Every single time I go here they always get the order wrong, which is crazy because more often than not the wait times are ridiculous. I have no choice but to blame the franchise owner because it really doesn’t matter what shift you order from, the service is abysmal. Originally I wanted to talk about how none of the workers seem like they even wanna be alive (I mean, it’s hard out here so I get it) but damn. I think they have such awful customer service because they actively want to deter people from going there. Y'all

You place your order on a screen. And then wait 20 minutes to get your food, which is lukewarm. And then you drink all your drink. And when you want a refill, you have to stand in line again for someone to acknowledge you're even there. So it's not worth it.

Food was good. Guy took order was patient. Went through drive thru and an older suv swooped in and took my order. Glad they didn’t hit my car- looks like they damaged theirs on the curb.
