James Distefano★★★★★The Spare Rib is iconic in the sense you know exactly what to expect - Ribs, steak, chicken, bbq any style. Reasonably priced and a cut above bar food. Good themed cocktails, tap beers and the servers are friendly. We went at 6:30pm and closed up the place at 8:30 (they actually close at 8). Service is medium quick and food is just under a fine dining restaurant. BUT, you can't beat the bbq and that's what we wanted. Spare Rib delivered!
