Online order for pickup. Claimed the Sunday feast: $20 for 8 piece leg and thigh. Set it up to be picked up at 5:30pm and picked it up at like 5:35pm. Received a burned, old chicken. Very charred and tough to eat. Asked for 8 corn tortillas, received all flour. 2 large Mac and cheese, both warm. Very disappointed.

This dry and old lettuce was delivered to my house by doordash from this location without cilantro dressing. Also never order a 4 piece combo from this location. They will break up breast meat and present as 2 pieces and break the drum and wing apart and call those 2 pieces...you pay for 4 pieces and really getting 2 stale pieces of chicken. Everything dry and stale

I waited 45 mins and all of the employees was ignoring people and on they phones taking multiple break and it was barely people inside come on now treat your customers right that’s not a good look we got to do better all I got to say this el pollo loc is a WASTE OF TIME DONT COME HERE

Horrible proportions and serving size, won't ever return and not recomendable. After paying 15+ for a bowl I got a tacos worth of protein for the whole meal.
