Terrible!!! I’ve never been to a dunkin that’s this bad! They burnt my hashbrowns and bagel. Ordered a cherry refresher gave me the wrong drink all together. They girl who was at the window had a terrible attitude and didn’t even seem like she wanted to work

The only reason this gets even 1 star is the free donut they had some sort of special deal and the coffee was ok …I ended up taking my fiance whom has never been there so we tried several things the bacon and the tater tots sandwiches variety of donut holes and after I received the food I couldn’t even eat it nor him he went back in to be told it always comes out this way the tater tots were black and stuck together I got bacon pieces that were shredded into tiny bits and old sandwich … yuck 🤮 change your oil … completely horrible this is after fixing the first order I am in disbelief

Alex the assistant manager deserves a raise. He helped us resolve some confusion on our end and took great care of us. Excellent customer service and a refreshing upgrade from how this store was run a few years ago.

This place is absolutely horrible! Bought two breakfast sandwiches and the bacon was burned horrible and the sandwich was cold and tasted like burnt cheese and bacon. There was 5 small round tator tots that were cold with a hint of a burnt mess. Go somewhere else.
