Mediocre McDonald's, definitely not the best one in Conroe. Came here for an early morning breakfast and the manager working the drive thru window had very poor customer service. Didn't say a single word to me, just shoved the food at me and then rolled her eyes because I asked for sauce. They also have quite a few homeless people hanging around this location now. It is worth the drive to skip this location and go to the McDonald's on loop 336 S.

In my 6 years in the Houston and surrounding areas of Texas, I've lived in so many different areas. From the Heights, to Spring, to Cypress, to Conroe but this has been by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is so often so fresh, the employees understanding customer service and have gone above and beyond for me countless times. I've always joked that it's surprising coming from a location attached to a gas station but they really exceed my expectations time and time again. When I want McDonald's, I go out of my way to come to THIS location. Highly recommend in every way, Especially

Lately, I've been coming here and trying to leave pretty soon. Not fun like it used to be. It's filthy; which is not the fault of the patrons, mind you, but the lazy staff who refuses to clean it up as it piles up all day. I don't know if they pick straws or play Russian Roulette, but they're going through kitchen members like wash rags, so I don't who's, or WHAT'S, involved, but I'll make you stare at the crystal for 6 hours again (or, until you are happily under his understanding$)

Same food as every macdonalds. But this one has good people and good customer sevice, one could get use too. Good athletic post that one can get used to. This is a place where u can spend ur money and get your money's worth.....
