A very cozy hometown place. Food is out of this world delicious! Best smoked chicken we have had in a long time! Ive heard good things about the ribs, so we will have to try those the next time. Dining area is a little on the small side, but if you do go there to dine, youre in for a real treat.

This barbecue spot is top tier and the line was out the door! I stopped here while traveling and the food was so good. The ribs were so tender that you don’t even need teeth! The fish was well seasoned and fried perfectly. The friendly customer service and atmosphere was a vibe. It’s local, family owned and black owned. That was some of the best ribs I’ve ever had so I would definitely drive the seven hours and go back. It is cash only but they also have an ATM on the premises.

Seriously so delicious! The pork was flavorful and moist, the okra and hush puppies were crisp and not over battered. The service was friendly. Cash only, but there is an ATM. The space inside was cramped, but they fit about 4 tables in there. Can’t wait to go back, but would probably do takeout.

The meat has great flavor. As for the sides - they were just OK. One thing I would recommend is upgrading the bun. If they started baking rolls in house they would have lines out the door. You should certainly swing by and pickup some meat!
