I went there today at about 10:15 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The woman at the drive thru window was coughing when she handed me my drink I didn’t say anything because I was fine with just throwing it out. But when I got home to eat my meal I found a long black hair on my chicken sandwich wrapped in the lettuce which made me not want any of it at that point. In attempted to call the restaurant 3 times and did not get an answer so I had to leave a voicemail. I don’t want a credit or coupon I am requesting a full refund. This experience has made me not want anything else from Wend

Horrible sat in drive through for 20 minutes before even being able to pay. Then I had to wait for 5 more minutes for my food. There was 4 employees in the back so there was no reason they should have been that slow. Had to wait for fries then I GOT OLD FRIES!!! Total of 30 minutes to get my UN FRESH FOOD!!

Love this Wendy's! So convenient to the Savers! We tried the order on our app, and pick up in drive thru.. Worked perfectly! Redeemed a birthday frosty, wyb anything else. My husband wanted to get the pop tart strawberries concoction, and he scored it a 9/10!! I love the regular old chocolate Frosty. Everyone was so nice!

Wow. Here three times in the past two weeks. First time fine, second and third time...refried French fries and refried chicken nuggets! Gross. Food was soo fried out at first I thought old grease???? No refried to "Make like Fresh" . Shame on you Wendy's! What a dump.
