We went to this Applebees location yesterday on Christmas Day. We fully expected a long wait. However, we did not expect the attitude and horrible service we received from the hostess Mimi. She had an attitude from the very beginning. Then after seating the people that were before us she came over to ask us how many were in our party. I said 5 adults and one child. She said 7. I thought maybe she was confused so I again said 5 adults and one child then clarified it was 6. So she decided to say okay well I asked how many not how many adults and kids. I just ignored it and continued waiting. The

This was the worst Applebee's experience ever. It was less than half full and we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. It was 59 degrees outside and the A/C was cranking inside. Everyone in there was complaining about how cold it was, but the staff said there's nothing they can do about it. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The food was okay, but got cold in a few minutes. I wasn't a fan of the white chunk of lettuce core (pictured) on my burger. We definitely won't be back.

Took our wrestling team here to celebrate a victory. The food was decent, but the service was very poor. Our server was not very attentive, which was disappointing given we had a large group. At checkout, we were also told they do not accept tax-exempt forms, which was not mentioned beforehand. Clear communication and better attentiveness would have made this a much better experience.
