Great customer service! Immediately when we walked up to the counter, Emmalee was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Because she can tell it was our first time in, she walked us through everything and suggested top options to choose from. There was plenty of parking and seating inside and outside. I have eaten at this fuzzys several times and had no issues and I have also eaten at many other locations over the years and experienced no problems. However, my experience today was enough to taint my opinion of this location and the franchise. I ordered ahead around 9 am for my tacos to be ready at 1:15 pm. I walk in the restaurant around 1:15 and my order is not ready. At 1:23 I see the chef place my tacos on the counter I go up and ask if I can grab them as I am in a rush and need to go to work. The chef says only an employee can grab food off the counter and I need to wait, which is under

I feel like this specific location doesn’t get as much love as it should based on its location. The establishments in the immediate vicinity are lacking. That said, this location has the same service and vibes as other Fuzzy’s. Their Crispy Shredded Chicken Taco and the Shrimp Tempura Taco are amazing and worth trying if it’s your first time. Add some Butt Burnin’ Hot Sauce if you like a bit of heat!
