I’ve already had a few issues with this store , usually when I order DoorDash with portions , have paid for skin not received it as well as almost never receiving pits when marked in order . This last time I went to this location on bird and 67ave with my daughter I ordered it in advance through DoorDash take out so it’s already made when I get there and eat it in the restaurant as I was short on time . The usual as always no skin which was charged xtra for no pita . The worst part was the portions I ordered one small and one large chop chop . The chicken portion was actually disrespectful and

Super unfortunate that this chicken kitchen is so close to my house and consistently gets orders wrong and gives half of what other chicken kitchens give for food. I ordered a deluxe small, Mexican small, and a large regular chop chop and large could have fit in the small container it was so empty. My deluxe didnt have any tomatoes or lettuce and I asked for skin and PAID for the add on for all three and legit got none. When I walked in to pick up - only customer in the place and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Never coming here again

I'm disappointed to see how much Chicken Kitchen has rationed the food from hiw they began. If ingredients have increased, increased the price but don't skimp out on amount. Most would rather pay more than feel they're being shorted on food. The service at this particular location has also gone down. You're in the service business; keep focused on that. The location is well decorated and put together nicely. The other 2 will need to change before I return. Good luck.

Everyone that works here is very friendly and caring. Place is clean and consistent . I am taking off stars due to the portion - my son wanted to try steak chop chop and the amount of steak they gave was tiny. It was a joke. For $17, there should be at least double the steak they give. Please consider bigger steak portion for the chop chop
