The worst place to order everything is cold and wrong this was at 701 unfriendly staff they all have bad attitudes manager comes out says there's nothing he can do food not ready when it says it was ready at 646 its now 715 and still waiting my kids are hungry then I ask for a refund he says he cant give me back my money never have I ever seen anything like this its now 734 just got home and the order is still wrong after them remaking it you can't make this up the order did say no lettuce no beans The French fries were ice cold. The Nacho cheese was ice cold.

Went in there at Sunday to pick up my online order at 630. At 645 the kid behind the counter said it be at least another half hour. I asked to cancel and he got a manger who said she can’t do it on the app. Tried on the app but they make you submit a claim and no one’s contacted me. Two days later no food and no money back. I’m an EMT and was on my way to work so I couldn’t wait a hour for food but now that my money is stolen I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Its good for what it is, fast food. Service can be inconsistent, based on the time you wait, but it has improved significantly. There were times I would wait for nearly an hour, and other times they would forget an order. This has improved significantly and the wait is generally 15 minutes or less now. I typically make multiple orders for friends. My main issue is the price for the items. These are lower quality ingredients at seemingly higher quality prices. But it is one of the few fast food places I like. I was wrong about the wait time. The last two times I came in I waited for 45 minutes

This Taco Bell in Coram is genuinely terrible. The drive-thru is a complete disaster almost every time I go. I end up sitting there forever just to be told to pull around and wait outside for my food 90% of the time. What’s even worse is after all that waiting, they STILL manage to get the order wrong. The staff always seems confused, nobody moves with any urgency, and the whole place feels badly managed. Fast food is supposed to be fast, but this location turns a simple order into a 30-minute headache. Missing items, wrong food, cold food — it’s always something. By far one of the most frus
