My friend was craving French toast so we came to this local spot near her home. She enjoys this spot and it hit the spot for her and what she was craving. I ordered the Chilaquiles. I would probably order something different next time. Service staff was attentive and back often checking on you and filling the coffee cup.

We were in town for the day and we decided to stop, which we were so glad we did! Service is amazing! Adrian was our server and she was nice, attentive and had overall great energy! Next, the food...delicious!! We started off with an order of beignets, so good!! For breakfast we shared an order of french toast and I ordered the egg combo breakfast (blanking of the name on the menu). Anyways, it was a perfect portion that included 2 eggs, potatoes and a biscuit. By the way, The biscuits are homemade! Yummy!!! The place was clean. Went for breakfast. Had the Chicken Fried Steak. Came with red potatoes and a biscuit. Decent potion sizes for sure but the steak was a bit lacking. Over done and thin. Potatoes were good as were the eggs. The beignets were quite good. All in all, good portions of ok food. Sat kinda heavy in my stomach for a few hours afterwards though.

Last time we were here we gave then 5 stars, today, during the slow time after the breakfast crowd was gone, their wait staff failed miserably. Order was taken 15 minutes after being seated. Food was served 5 minutes after the table so came in 5 minutes after us received their food first. At least their food is consistent. We may or may not give it another try....... most likely will. Time erases a lot, haha! 😂
