Delicious coffee and friendly staff. I go at this location at least twice a week. Always make sure to give a good tip. There is long lines but usually goes fast and is worth the waiting.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered my latte with reduced sweetness, as I always do, but the male barista changed the recipe without asking me and used sugar-free syrups instead. The drink tasted completely different from what I ordered and had an unpleasant artificial flavor. If an order can't be made as requested, customers should be informed and given a choice rather than having their order changed without their knowledge. It completely ruined my morning coffee.

Coffee was good and employees were friendly! Only downside is them yelling "do you want to leave a tip" when I handed them my card. Very awkward and pressuring, there must be a better way.

I have been coming to this location since I was in high school, but this morning while I was in line a man honked at me (I obviously didn’t notice him) to get me to move so he could get out of his parking space I did my best to move while I went into fight or flight as this old man was screaming at me in his car, at first I thought he was trying to get into the line, He eventually got through but by the time the interaction was over I was shaking due to his aggressive behavior. Once I actually got to the window I ordered my drink & clearly heard the employees say “a chai charger with a single
