My fellow Americans, I am writing today to recognize my new favorite Taco Bell restaurant: Taco Bell located at 13550 SW 152nd St. This location is truly exceptional—from the management team, to the afternoon and evening crew, to the outstanding overnight staff. And I must give special mention to the night supervisor or team leader, who is always professional, attentive, and, frankly, quite the handsome gentleman. On 12/24/25 @ 5:15 pm I’ve stopped at this Taco Bell while getting ready to hit the turnpike and travel north for the holidays. Unfortunately, the young lady serving that day had an awful attitude from the moment she took the order. I ignored it. I could understand working the 24th must not be pleasant. However, a mistake was made on the order so we went back to fix the item they got wrong. Politely I told them what happened. Boy oh boy! What an attitude that young lady had. Tried to ignore it again, but she continued. It got worse. She was blowing her nose while getting our food. Gross! At t

My issue at this location is with the soda machines. My wife and I visit this location often and within the last 4 months or more, we find not all the selections work completely or at all. Either one of the machines don't provide ice, carbonation or syrup. I feel management should have addressed this problem long ago. Hopefully this issue will be corrected soon. Thank you
