I will stop buying from this location. The dude at the drive thru was not focused and mixing orders up. The meal i ordered tasted nothing like it should. The tartar sauce was barely on the fish meal and bun was tough to chew. No napkins was included in the meal bag, and the worst and most annoying is the half of a box fries that was sold as large. There was barely anything in there. See image

The person at the register asked me to go to the machine to place the order myself because he didn't know how to use the register. So I go through the drive thru and after placing the order and spending almost $50 they changed me $0.25 per sweet &sour container. It's ridiculous..

She was so kind and patient with my daughters, and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of the whole time. The food was also delicious and fresh. You can tell she loves her job and does it with a smile. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Cutler Bay, and it was a frustrating experience. It took 20 minutes to receive my order of six McChicken sandwiches. When I got my fries, they were cold. Although the staff changed them, they only brought me two instead of the three I ordered. Ultimately, I ended up returning the food and requesting a refund. The entire experience was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.
